The Laneway TO is a new open concept “Outdoor Venue” consisting of about 7,500 square feet. (3,000 sq ft of tent, 4500 sq ft outside Patio), Nestled in the Castlefield/Caledonia corridor known as the Design District, The Laneway offers outdoor events in a unique, mid-town Toronto setting. The Laneway has a massive graffiti art installation wall featuring a number of well-known artists, which guests love taking photos with!

We are owned and operated by Hart Entertainment, who has over 25 years of experience in the special event industry.

Inspiration comes from Melbourne’s world-famous Graffiti Laneways, Miami’s Wynwood Walls and Toronto’s Graffiti Alley. Great for hosting a variety of special events. The Laneway space includes a large modular tent (2250 sq ft) which will keep your guests (up to 150)  in comfort along with a 2nd 400 sq ft tent used for the caterers. which is multi-purpose.  We recommend adding an extra 30 x 30 tent if having over 150 guests.

Events can range from really casual hipster to elegant.  We have hosted black tie formal weddings, dozens of mitzvahs, fundraisers for various charities including Sick Kids Hospital, corporate picnics & parties, milestone birthdays, day time tech industry meetings, non-profit associations, company seminars and so many other celebrations.  We are open from the spring until the late fall for private events

As leaders in the entertainment “fun” equipment industry, The Laneway offers a variety of fun interactive equipment to enhance your event experience. Packages include Pacman, Arcade Basketball, driving simulators,  photobooths, VR Rollercoaster, LED Dance Floors, LED couches, Led chairs, foosball, mini golf, casino, mechanical bulls, every imaginable retro arcade game. Our games add a special excitement to your events!

A great benefit of hosting your event at The Laneway is that we allow you select your own caterer or food provider, as well you get to provide all of your own alcohol with no additional fees or corkage charges.  (client must provide a Special Occasional Permit if serving alcohol, available from the AGCO for $50)
